Atelier Sere

My first and most important project. My brother built Atelier Sere — event gastronomy, social media and an online shop combined. He started with a strong network in Solothurn and a partnership with Fishwork GmbH, a fish shop in the heart of the old town. He works partly for them and runs his own thing on the side. I'm involved across the board: business plan, strategy, marketing, IT. The website is built around his concept, the background processes around his costs — financial calculations, invoice scanning and generation. For Fishwork I'm building a new web presence with a pre-order function to bring more customers into the shop. My best learning ground — because everything here has real consequences.
