My father has been running ProVelo cycling courses in Canton Solothurn for years. I stepped in, took over the parent presentation, and now lead the courses myself — 3 courses, up to 50 children, up to 50 parents per session.
Started as a group leader in the safe zone. Then street courses, then the parent talk, now the full course. Saturday morning, schoolyard for the kids, assembly hall for the parents — I manage both in parallel. I'll be gone next year, the goal is for it to continue. Long-term I want to digitise the course content so the knowledge sticks with parents beyond the one morning.
