Salah Barbershop

My own barber. I asked him one day if he'd want a website for online bookings — he knew it from other barbershops but had no time and no budget. I offered to build a prototype and help him on the business side too: pricing, calculations, opening hours. The biggest technical challenge was slot management. His pricing runs by the minute — haircut 25 minutes, beard 10 minutes. Simple time blocks don't work because combination bookings split slots in ways that make no sense. That needed a smarter solution. The prototype is done and connected to his Google Calendar. He's now figuring out how he wants to roll it out.
